What:  We deliver high quality, innovative and creative solutions for your brand and your message. We offer more than standard marketing and graphic design. We specialise in providing a 360 service across all communication platforms, bringing new technology and innovation to the table.

Where: We have offices in Townsville and the Gold Coast servicing clients throughout Queensland (from Coolangatta through to the Torres Strait ) as well as a growing client base in the NT and NSW .

Why:  We are creative individuals who love opportunities to be innovative. In doing so, we help businesses, organisations and communities meet their objectives - whether that be to increase brand awareness, to drive market share, to change social opinion or to inspire action and conversation.

How: We do this by taking a targeted approach - establishing our clients’ core objectives and providing innovative marketing and communication tools to deliver results. It is not a one-size-fits-all service; rather a tailored program to suit our clients’ needs.

Christian Gordon - Director

Christian studied a Bachelor of Communications (Human Resources and Public Relations) at Bond University before working for one of the largest and longest-established PR agencies in SE Queensland. In this role he worked on a number local government campaigns and built a network of media and agency contacts. Utilising his dual-citizenship, he travelled to London where he worked in the public sector and central government clients. Returning to Australia, Christian studied his Graduate Diploma Education whilst working at a remote Catholic boys boarding college as Business and Marketing Manager. He successfully repositioned the college, taking it from a state of decline to full capacity with a renewed and strong brand awareness using a combination of  community engagement digital marketing, video and social media tactics, which received both state and national recognition. Christian’s interest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs grew through his community engagement visits and programs which led to collaborations with Bond University and Griffith University. Today he remains passionate about the education and health sectors, as member of the Townsville Catholic Diocese Education Council and Board Member of Bishop Michael Putney Fellowship (for action against youth suicide in Rugby League). In addition to these roles, he provides specialist consultancy to local government sectors of community and youth engagement. Christian has managed a series of campaigns at a local, regional, state and national level that have received state and national recognition.  Christian is the Founding and Managing Director of 360 Cre8ive Enterprises.

As a detailed-orientated graphic designer, Jaimie is motivated by kicking creative goals for her clients. With more than 13 years involved in the design and media industries, she has been exposed to a variety of projects across a number of platforms.

Jaimie is a Board Director of the La Luna Youth Arts committee and was a Founding Member of the Townsville North Queensland Events Hub. 

As an award winning designer, Jaimie brings her passion, energy and personality to the 360 Cre8ive team!

Emma Mooney - PUBLIC RELATIONS Consultant

Graduating from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Business, Marketing and HR, before gained vital experience working on campaigns including the Townsville Integrated Stadium project and several local community consultation programs before being recruited to 360 Cre8ive. Since joining the team, Emma has worked on a range of projects and major events. Emma has a comprehensive understanding of social media, with her work being recognised at the 2016 Queensland Multimedia Awards for the Townsville Running Festival and Townsville Aboriginal and Islander Health Service, recognising excellence and innovation. Emma brings her enthusiasm, her love for detail and her passion for current affairs to the team.

Kevin is a graphic designer and video specialist , graduating from James Cook University with a Bachelor of New Media Art. Kevin went on to work Townsville Enterprise and James Cook University, before joining the team at 360 Cre8ive. Kevin is has a passion for taking our ideas and concepts and giving them life.

Finn Buckle - Film & Video Consultant

A career in the performing arts led Finn to develop an interest in production and film. With a short stint studying medicine at James Cook University, he realised his passion lay in the creative industries. Leaving the stage for the behind-the-scenes arena, Finn developed his experience working on a variety of film  and production projects from event coverage through to commercial production and video. Finn joined the 360 Cre8ive team, to bring his passion for creating alive through a series of campaigns and videos that have showcased his talent.
